Mag. Nussbaumer, as sole proprietor (hereinafter referred to as the ” host “), offers an online course for facial exercises on the website wwww.yourfacetraining.at. The participant recognizes the following terms and conditions of participation by her consent and declares that she expressly agrees to these terms and conditions. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions of the host shall apply in the version valid at the time of registration.
[1.] The participant assures that she is in good physical condition and that she will not cause any damage to her own health by performing facial exercises – i.e. by the associated muscle contractions, stretching, etc. The participant is responsible for her own health. Participation is therefore at the participant’s own responsibility.
[2.] Persons who have had plastic surgeries in the face or who have implants in this area are excluded from participation in the online course for reasons of health precaution. Should a person with these characteristics nevertheless participate, any health consequences will not constitute a liability towards the host.
The online course does not provide any medical, physiotherapeutic or curative treatment. There is therefore no medical or physiotherapeutic promise regarding to the treatment.
The online course offered by the host includes physical exercises (facial exercises). The participant attends the exercises at her own risk and on her own responsibility. Any liability of the host for damages resulting from these exercises is limited to gross negligence or intent.
The recording, filming, storage, presentation and reproduction of video and/or photographic material taken during the online course is prohibited.
